When you get your delivery, here’s what to do:
- Check everything carefully to make sure there’s no damage or defects.
- Make sure you have the right items.
If something is damaged, let us know within 7 business days so we can send a replacement.
About Sizes:
- Choose your size carefully based on your actual measurements. We don’t accept returns for size issues unless we send the wrong size.
If You’re Not Satisfied:
- You can return items if you have a good reason. Follow these steps:
How to Pack and Return Items:
- Return items within 15 days in their original condition. We will not accept washed, worn, or used items.
- Include your invoice or a note with your name, address, and order ID.
- Once we get your return and confirm it’s in its original condition, we’ll refund your payment using the same method you used to pay.
- You’ll need to place a new order if you want a different item or size.
Items We Don’t Accept for Returns:
- Videos, CDs, posters, billboards, body jewelry, swimwear, underwear, guitar tabs, and books.
- Items worn, washed, or used will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your cost.
Important Notes:
- Customers must cover the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping fees, customs charges, and import taxes are not refundable.
